Hi, I'm Janna, a former fitness competitor that realized although I was "fit" I wasn't healthy or happy. I was training to look good, but in reality my body hurt, my joints ached and I didn't feel good. I realized I was training for ego instead of training for what my body can do and my appreciation for it.
Fast forward to 2018, I decided to take a different approach which included more functional movement, mobilty and mindset. That changed everything and I want to bring it all to you!

Train in multiple planes of motion with both unilateral and contralateral movement patterns which mimic the way humans were designed to function and move.
Range of movement is vital as we age. Mobility practice helps you stay agile so you're less likely to injure yourself during workouts or in daily activites. Mobility also helps your body as it ages so it doesn't lock up and create more problems.

Meet The Team
Janna Breslin is a fitness model, health coach, and nutrition expert from San Diego, California. Over the course of her career, Janna has been crowned Bikini Champion on six occasions, along with being on the cover of renowned fitness magazines. A track athlete in her youth, Janna’s journey into fitness started in 2008. This is when she first started training in the gym, along with beginning her career as a fitness and swimsuit model. After sculpting an empowering and inspiring physique, Janna decided to take her career even further by competing. In 2013, she took part in her first bikini competition, which she ultimately won. Janna’s success streak continued for several years, during which she took five additional bikini titles – becoming a fitness icon in the process.
Morris “Mo” Brossette has over 26 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry. A former Collegiate Strength Coach, he holds a B.S. in Exercise Science, Biomechanics and Advanced Biomechanics certifications, is a Certified Sports Nutritionist and Holistic Health Counselor, is a Certified Meditation Teacher and is the creator and director of mindset at the Adaptive Training Foundation, a non-profit that serves critically injured veterans and civilians. Mo is a 22 year veteran of endurance sports including 24hr Adventure Races, Ironman Triathlons, 100 mile Mountain Bike Races, Ultra Trail Marathons, Obstacle Racing and is currently a Tactical Athlete competing in The Tactical Games competitions. He has coached every caliber athlete from Olympians to the person just getting off the couch beginning their fitness journey.
Kirsten is a former dancer, stunt woman and holistic health practitioner who spent the last 8 years in the personal development space leading clients on journeys of movement and mindset. Kirsten hosts retreats to develop emotional intelligence, mindset and self-esteem while using the power ofcreativity, movement and breath as a tool to think differently and explore the dynamics of resilience. She uses her concept of "Huntress' to help shift internal states of consciousness through non-traditional methods which help create a path for people to see how they, too, can make a bigger impact for our planet and all of humanity.
